BioFlex Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms govern participation in the BioFlex Labs affiliate program. By applying or participating, you agree to these terms.
1. Enrollment
Applications are manually reviewed. BioFlex Labs may accept, reject, suspend, or terminate an account at its discretion.
2. Research Use Only
Products are for lawful laboratory research only and not for human or veterinary use. Partners may not make health, anti-aging, performance, wellness, weight-loss, recovery, treatment, dosing, protocol, cycle, stack, testimonial, or personal-outcome claims, or imply human or animal use. Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
3. Tracking
Personal links use a 30-day, last-click cookie. An approved partner code also attributes the order to its assigned partner. BioFlex tracking records control.
4. Commissions
Partners earn 25% of the product subtotal on a referred customer’s first qualifying order and 10% on that customer’s later qualifying orders. Shipping and tax are excluded. Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or self-referred orders do not qualify and related commissions are reversed.
5. Payouts
Approved commissions are paid monthly by PayPal or ACH after the payable balance reaches $50. Balances below $50 roll forward. BioFlex may hold commissions under compliance or fraud review.
6. Disclosure
Partners must clearly disclose the paid relationship wherever a link or code is shared and comply with FTC guidance.
7. Prohibited Methods
No spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects, paid-search bidding on BioFlex trademarks, impersonation, or false or misleading promotion.
8. Changes
BioFlex Labs may update these terms or program economics. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.
