Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Domestic orders ship with tracking. Temperature-sensitive material ships with cold packs Monday through Wednesday only. Shipping is $9.95 for orders under $200 and free for orders of $200 or more. We do not ship to jurisdictions where these materials are restricted, and the buyer is responsible for confirming local rules before ordering.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged research material in its original packaging. Email flexfitandy@bioflexlaboratory.com with your order number to request a return authorization. Damaged, incorrect, or lost shipments are replaced or refunded in full. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety reasons. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
